AFTER YOU ORDER
Once your order has been placed, we will reach out to you from needlewildthreadwork@gmail.com for at least one clear reference photo of the subject (good pictures let us add better details to the finished work!). We will also verify your preference for hoop color, as well as any customization - if you have no color preference, our default is a blonde wood hoop.
Turnaround time for outlines is usually 1-2 weeks; if it fluctuates due to seasonal demand, we'll let you know!
